Instruction is a series of four lessons of about 75 minutes (one per week) for $175.
Each lesson consists of two guided meditations that will guide you into stillness, present moment awareness, and an opening of the heart. You will leave each session feeling lighter, very relaxed, and more open. Here are some meditation testimonials from other hearts who have received coaching from me.
In addition to the meditations I give instruction and step-by-step handouts on how you can do the practices yourself. We always have some discussion so you can ask questions or share feedback on how the meditations are for you.
What else can I expect?
Expect to feel relaxed and in a great frame of mind for whatever is next for you. Your mind will be quieter and your heart more open. You will be encouraged to practice some during the week like 10 or 20 minutes per day. But any practice during the week is better than none. You do this at your own pace and interest level.
Why do I want to meditate?
Consider why you want to meditate or learn how to meditate. Is it for relaxation? To heal your heart? To energize your heart? To improve relationships? To find answers to your questions? To become more spiritual? To seek out your heart’s desire?
For me this peaceful ritual helps me start the day with a clear and quiet mind and a relaxed body. I’ve been practicing meditation for six years now and teaching it for four. Meditation helps my moods, my concentration, my work and my relationships. I love to meditate with others as well as alone. I use the basic breathing practices throughout my day. I practice Heart Coherence every day as I go through my day. This is the best kind of practice you can do for your heart and it’s easy to learn how.
Coherence is sometimes referred to as being in the Zone. Scientists use the term coherence to describe a highly efficient physiological state in which the nervous system, cardiovascular, hormonal and immune systems are working efficiently and harmoniously. Simply stated: More coherence = Less stress.
Meditation can help you obtain your goals. We call Heart Rhythm Mediation an “applied meditation”. We meditate not to become great meditators but to become great human beings, serving and inspiring our communities and our world!
